A Ryanair aircraft has been forced to make an emergency landing - the second in the last week. The no-frills airline confirmed a flight from Milan to Rome was diverted after a warning light in the cockpit suggested a problem with the plane's landing gear.

Ryanair said the aircraft landed normally and engineers were examining the indicator light, which may have been faulty.
